Why do my Brakes take longer to stop?

We are using our key drop box for drop off and pick up of vehicles and we are offering free pick up and delivery of vehicles as well. We are also sanitizing all keys and touch points of all vehicles as they come in and when they leave. Text to pay and over the phone payments are also available to keep interactions to a minimum.
