Today, I brought in a 2009 Yukon with a cruise control issue. Dropped it off at about 830 AM, they diagnosed and fixed it and I picked it up at 10 AM. Good price, great work, and I'll definitely be back when I have an issue I can't fix myself. Thanks Big A! Update: I came back to write a review for another service I got at Big A, in addition to the first review. Turns out I had already left a 5 star review! Same care - 2009 Yukon @ 90k miles. They did a great job of diagnosing small issues (transmission fluid line leak, among others) that would have become a big problem -- and that other shops missed. Whenever I'm in Dubuque, I take my cars here.

As usual, the staff did a great job of showing me issues with my jeep! Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. 5$ off if you do both, and i always do. Found both of my plate lights were out, unfortunately they are a dealer item, but they were able to order them for me. Best of the Fest...well deserved!
